Took the wife's 2015 Kia Sorento to Joe Hudson's in Prattville on Wednesday, Oct. 4. The young man, Ronnie, met me at the door, and came outside to do the estimate on the vehicle. We have used Joe Hudson since 2007 and have had excellent customer service. We have had several series of unfortunate events that have kept us going back. We wouldn't trust the repairs on our vehicles to any other shop. Kudos to Nathan and his crew for the great service they provide.
The repair itself looks fine - it's the SERVICE that I was not pleased with at ALL. After 3 different quotes in which they continued to up the price, my out-of-pocket expenses were more than they had originally stated. They kept my car for 3 weeks wherein I was merely hit and run parked in a parking lot. While my SUV was there, they told me that my gate shocks that hold the open hatch up just went bad out of the blue. I hadn’t had a single problem beforehand.
