Made an appointment for estimate - estimating person “had stepped out for a minute” but person on the phone had said he was busy doing estimates. While I was waiting, a walk-in (male)was helped by some other person with an estimate. I left 15 minutes after appointment time with weak excuses being given. As a woman, I have experienced this before but not at this time in my life
The customer service and repair work was outstanding!!!
I would not recommend this Joe Hudson location. After my accident, the grill was replaced but the bumper issue that resulted from the collision was ignored. When I brought my vehicle back, the female estimator rudely argued with me, insisting it was my fault and blaming “curb scratches” rather than admitting it should have been fixed the first time. Customer service is excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to get my car repaired perfectly and quickly!
My car was involved in a wreck on July 10th I picked up my car yesterday from the Hoover location. It was absolutely disgusting and still has slight problems caused by the accident (small dents and paint chipping). I called Tuesday afternoon because I received a email saying my car was ready and the lady was rude and told me she did not know because she did not have my keys in her hand the next morning at 10am I get a call saying I can pick it up.
