I got rear ended pretty good and was scared how the repair would come out. Thankfully it came out beautifully. Joe Hudson’s Collision was very good and amazing at communicating. I was notified when my car made it to the different stages and notified if the completion date had changed!
Better off doing it yourself. Doesn't matter if you don't know how to do it. They don't either

If you want your vehicle to look like it did before your accident don’t use Joe Hudson’s Collision Center in Hoover Al. Minor front end accident! The bumper was replaced and the grill was pushed toward the driver side causing the gaps wider on one side. White trim panel under passenger head light was pushed out a little. When I explained this to the girl that I talked to when I dropped it off. She wasn’t concerned at all about what I was telling her.
