Good work. No complaints regarding that. But my main issues was poor communication and explanation of delays. My car was with them over two months. The rental car cost as much as total repair but have to give Joe Hudson credit that they covered the rental cost after my insurance limit was maxed. So I am very thankful and appreciative for that. There was supply chain issues which was not their fault but poor communication during the 2 months. Also once the part was received it still took another 2 weeks before completed.
I highly recommend Joe Hudson for all your collision repairs! They completed my repairs ahead of schedule and even corrected minor issues after getting my car back without a fuss. The customer service was also excellent, especially Jasmine and John, I can’t say enough great things! Thank you
Very professional, as well as polite. I must say that desk clerk I believe her name is Jasmine, she's exceptional. She made entire process worry free and I had not a worry in the world. Thanks again Joe Hudson and especially Miss Jasmine for going above and beyond to ensure customers are taking care of 👏👏👏
