I met with a Joe Hudson adjuster about my 2019 Ford Transit Connect passenger wagon with 4200 miles on it for repair and received a quote for the repairs and a list of what was to be done. I was pleased with estimate and contracted them to do the repairs. After the repairs were finished I found out that most of the repairs both verbally and in writing were not done but were charged for.
