I am not a fan of Joe Hudson in Galveston. I took my truck in to have the tailgate painted. I told the lady at the desk I had an allowance of $411.60 from Allstate to get it painted and wanted to know if they could do it for that. I got a call from Jody Herrington the estimator and he wanted to confirm all I needed was the tailgate painted. I said yes and I wanted to know the cost. He said he would get back to me. He didn’t. On 9/5/23 I went to CRITZ INC. Mercedes Benz of Savannah. I had a dent in my fender the size of a silver dollar. The service advertiser looked at it and said we can’t fix it, but we have a shop that could do it for you. They spoke highly of JOE HUDSON’S COLLISION CENTER 329 E Montgomery Cross Rd. Savannah, GA. 31419. So, I went there and got an estimate and set up a date to have my car fixed. They told me the job should take about 10 days. Joe Hudson Collison Center is a terrible company who does not stand behind their work. I've taken my vehicle to them twice at one location and once at another. A total of three times and they still do not have my vehicle repaired up to my standards. I have reached out to the Regional Manager, but to no avail. Please do not take your vehicle to any of the JHCC Pensacola locations...I mean not ever!!!
