Everyone was so nice to work with and quite communicative throughout the process. There was a delay because they could not get the Tesla glass from Tesla in a timely fashion. They reassured me that they are looking into this, so hopefully you do not incur this experience. I really appreciated the customer service from the staff and my car's repairs were perfect and they gave it back to me sparkling clean. Cherry on top!
Took over three weeks for a minor bumper fix. They had staffing turnover and parts delays.
I have tesla that had two Fender benders. Joe Hudson fixed both with OEM parts and a high quality job. Great communication and ready ehen they said it would be. Note. Tesla body work is very expensive.
Dylan did a great job of staying in touch with us to give us updates on our Tesla after the bumper got torn off and then got it back to us right away after they (finally) received the parts. All Tesla owners should take their car there for any repairs needed!
