Joe Hudson Collison Center is a terrible company who does not stand behind their work. I've taken my vehicle to them twice at one location and once at another. A total of three times and they still do not have my vehicle repaired up to my standards. I have reached out to the Regional Manager, but to no avail. Please do not take your vehicle to any of the JHCC Pensacola locations...I mean not ever!!!
I TOOK MY 2016 FORD ESCAPE FOR A DAMAGE ON THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR IN MARCH 2021 THEY REPLACED IT . ITS STILL NOT WORKING FOR THE FIFTH TIME I TOOK IT BACK, .IM TIRED OF IT BUT WORST OF IT THEY MEST UP THE LATCH IN THE HATCH [THE BACK ] IT WAS WORKING WHEN I TOOK IT THERE , BUT NOT WHEN I PICKED IT UP TIM BOLLINTER CAME OUT AN LOOK AT IT .SAID WE DIDNT DO THAT. I met with a Joe Hudson adjuster about my 2019 Ford Transit Connect passenger wagon with 4200 miles on it for repair and received a quote for the repairs and a list of what was to be done. I was pleased with estimate and contracted them to do the repairs. After the repairs were finished I found out that most of the repairs both verbally and in writing were not done but were charged for.
