These guys do it differently. They’re shooting selllers and buyers straight. Creating an entirely different experience. Our situation here was very simple, the house wasn’t one that a first time buyer could buy. It needed plenty work. We paid a very fair price, it worked for the seller and worked for myself as the buyer. Joe Home Buyer made a couple bucks in the middle, but honestly it was less than a Realtor would make. A win win for everyone.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so that other property owners, heirs, and estate administrators can ask the right questions before signing.
