The absolute nightmare that we have had to deal with via this company. My mother had bought a home, full and clear and via that home service, has subcontracted out Joe Hill Construction/Mid South movers. The back side of the house was initially misplaced and sat misplaced for ---12 days. As of this moment, it was reset in place yesterday. The front of the house sat in the cul de sac (which blocks access for a couple of neighbors) for 12 days (!!!). Me and my husband hired Mr Hill to move a trailer we bought in November 2022 after I found out I was pregnant. He did not move it until January 19th. It took several more months for him to pour footers to have it set and to this day it is still sitting in the same spot he moved it to. We were very understanding and patient with him because we had a year to get this done, but the communication was terrible. We sold a doublewide trailer to be moved from our property, the buyer secured Mr Hill sometime in February to perform the breakdown and move with the understanding it was to be completed by April 1st. Mr. Hill only on the 7th of July disassembled the home and moved it to another spot on our property staging it for mobilization. Today August 21 2023, the house is still sitting in my field where he left it. He does not answer calls or texts after taking your deposit it seems.
