I have had my 2024 Atlas there twice since December for severe rotor shake. It's so bad your teeth clang together when braking. Prepare to be gaslighted at this dealership. First they denied there was anything wrong with the rotors. On the second trip they admitted they were severely warped but blamed ME saying it's the way I drive and that i drive too much and in hot weather. Been taking my car since 2019. Few years ago they did an oil change and put the cap on too tight resulting in oil spilling all over my engine. This happened twice with no apologies. Strike 1. Few months ago I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and had to bring it back twice because the alignment was off with both times staff telling me there was nothing wrong. Parts manager and the Shop foreman Sal are super heroes of the automotive industry! 👏🏼👏🏼
Tried a couple other dealerships and they all were nasty and have given me a hard time went here today to have my radio unlocked and everyone from the person at the front desk to the person that worked on my car and the service manager was outstanding professional they have just gained a new Customer.
