Tried a couple other dealerships and they all were nasty and have given me a hard time went here today to have my radio unlocked and everyone from the person at the front desk to the person that worked on my car and the service manager was outstanding professional they have just gained a new Customer.
We always take our VW to Joe Heidt as it may be a little further of a drive for us, we know we can always count on amazing service and a nice customer area if we are waiting. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn't take our VW anywhere else.
Nice staff, room to work remotely while waiting for vehicle to be serviced, really clean ladies room, small snacks, and coffee.
