So in December I got okay for in-house financing and now they are declining when my case is getting close to being brought up I do not recommend them they can't give a straight
Make sure you read every line of the contract you sign with them. Because they do not give any of your retainer back. I was lead to believe otherwise. It states very clearly that they will keep it. This is my fault for not reading this contract, I admit it. And even after finally receiving my divorce decree they were sending me an email stating my account trust was getting low and I needed to replenish it back to the original amount…so they could keep it. Had a phenomenal consultation with Joe this week and out of all the attorney's I have consulted with he is the one. His client engagement specialist was wonderful and so detailed by the time I had my consultation Joe, and I were able to move quickly through my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond for me just in my consultation I can't imagine the support I will receive should I need to move forward with retaining their firm.
