Don't bother calling and trying to speak to anyone. Customer service line is run entirely by an AI answer machine that will NOT transfer you to a real person. Can't possibly imagine they're getting the amount of business to warrant having their customer service completely outsourced to AI, but the fact they care so little about their customers that they won't even talk to them is pretty disgusting.
