Very helpful and very friendly staff helped me navigate a registration issue.
Blonde lady was incredibly nasty, rude, Condescending and unable to do math….she quoted us a non-exact amount because even stupid people know when the math ain’t mathin. “About $2000” to transfer a title for a Nissan that we paid $3400 purchase price. She was so needlessly nasty. Reading through the other reviews, it’s gotta be the same lady being complained about. You’re losing business because of this person. We ended up going to Stimpson and Wright and it was like night and day. The lady was incredibly NICE and HELPFUL!
Had to go here again, Wendy was awesome and almost the end of the work day. Nice and simple. Thanks. And, when nobody answers at penn dot, this place had all the answers. Beth at the Washington location is awesome. We had a smooth transaction. She was thorough and explained details nicely. Thank you Beth.
The lady we had the displeasure of speaking with was argumentative when we explained our experience with the insurance giving us issues. We understand what they are legally required to do but it serves no one any good when youre being combative on it. It also did not help she said she could do something one minute then said she couldn't the next. My son and I had a great experience here today transferring two vehicle titles. The two ladies working were crazy busy but kept things moving along pretty well. They were patient with us while waiting for the insurance company to send over a current insurance card. I would come back here again.
