I have been with this agency a very long time and recently things have really gone downhill. I had an incident happen and after asking my State Farm representative if it was covered, and some random person ‘Rowdy’ responds ‘NO’. After taking my vehicle to a more affordable shop to repair, I kept asking for proof that it was not covered and carelessly I get a response to submit a claim.
