I was referred to Joe Dufek by my San Diego State Farm agent (M. Upchurch), upon moving to Prescott in 2017, and cannot be happier with both the service and staff. They are always so helpful and only a call away. Claims are handled in a prompt and professional manner, from a new roof to an auto windshield, always the same caring service from the office staff, (Karen Lund).
I have been with this agency a very long time and recently things have really gone downhill. I had an incident happen and after asking my State Farm representative if it was covered, and some random person ‘Rowdy’ responds ‘NO’. After taking my vehicle to a more affordable shop to repair, I kept asking for proof that it was not covered and carelessly I get a response to submit a claim.
