Treadmills are located in a small dark cramped area in a basement. The air circulation is poor so it gets quite hot and stuffy. They have to get floor fans going to get the air moving. Cost of membership is too much for what you get. Some machines are old and need to be replaced. Very loud speaking female working at reception. I can hear her yacking even with my earphones in. Would like to exercise in peace.

Tiny, cramped, dark, basement gym. Lack of a variety of machines you would find at any other gym.

Has everything you need for any type of training. Machines, free weights, cardio equipment, small implements (kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.). I’ll admit that it sometimes feels scary to jog on the upstairs track considering the shape and size of it, but perhaps that’s because I’ve only recently starting using it. It’s nice and quiet; I often workout in the evenings on weekdays, and there’s often not much people.
