Two great healings happened to me in this last year or so. One, I got my torn shoulder rotator cuff repaired, and two, the dual Strombergs in my TR250 are finally working right. I thank Dr. C. Brusalis at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and I thank Dr. J. Curto at his amazing hospital for special surgery.
I could’ve sworn I left this review already—but it’s worth saying again. Before Joe made a crucial adjustment, my 1989 Land Rover Defender struggled to get past 50 mph. After his work, I was cruising at 75 mph (not that you need to go that fast!). Unfortunately, after one oil change, a local mechanic—who apparently couldn’t resist tinkering—decided to mess with my SU carbs and threw everything off. Joe, I’ll be back soon!
