Today I was very well taken care of. I got shown great hospitality and care. I really felt like I was very important thank you Joe Cooper and thank you for the young man who helped me. He was very very kind hearted and that’s what this world needs. People don’t know that you care unless you show them.
My salesman Cody was great. He got me in a truck fast. The financial guy was great also. Overall a great experience.
I had purchased a Car Care Package when I bought my vehicle. This included an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection for any other issues. Erin, the person in charge of getting my vehicle taken care of, was courteous and explained everything well. They identified two other issues, one they took care of today; the other can be addressed later.
Took my vehicle in for a recall. The folks there are great. I could not leave it and they got it taken care of quickly and got me on my way. I am picky about my vehicles and I could not find anything they did wrong. Thanks Joe Cooper service crew for doing it right.
