UPDATE: AVOID Joe Cooper of Edmond if at all possible. BUYERS beware of purchasing a brand new lemon not once BUT TWICE. I do not know if this dealership is receiving faulty new vehicles off of the assembly line or what. I already made a review on the dealership side. However, if I thought the dealership side of things were bad, the service department does not even hold a candle to it. How are you the manager or supervisor, yet you’re dodging CERTAIN customers?
