Excellent salesperson very quick turnaround
I don’t know how they stay in business …very poor sales and service department…
Service department is the worst dealership service I've ever dealt with. Prices were extremely high for even the smallest things, and THIS is how they left my car when I declined all the extra stuff they wanted to do. I brought it in for a recall. Extremely unprofessional that they left it like this when I picked it up. I would go to any Ford dealer in the state before I come back here
Topical, they have a lot of vehicles to sell and they don't want to sell them, you can tell in their attitudes. Expect to be talked down to.. we came in with money and still have it because they don't want to sell cars
Joe Cooper Service is a rip off Buyer Beware!! Go to any other Ford dealership for service but DO NOT go to Joe Cooper if you want fair and honest service and prices. Their advisors are liars!! I went in for an oil change and they quoted me over $210. Called another Ford dealership and they did it for $107 (full synthetic oil). When I went into Joe Cooper I added a minor warranty item. They wanted to keep my vehicle for 5 days. The other Ford Dealership told me same day or next day worst case.
