I recently brought my vehicle to the service department at Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond, and the experience was very smooth. The check-in process was quick, and the staff clearly explained what was being done and the expected timeframe. I appreciated the regular updates and honest communication throughout the service. The work was completed on time, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free service experience, and I would definitely return for future maintenance.

I have been using dealerships for major service work for years, but I will find another dealership to go to next time. I was told that my service could take 48 hours. Fine, but I called about an update after those 48 hours were up, because we were also coming up on the weekend, and I knew that they would be closed. In March of 2025 I test drove a F150 for my 16 yr old son.backup camera was not working. I asked it to be fixed 100% before we purchased. They supposedly fixed. First month it went back to blue screen took in to service supposedly fixed, 2 months later same issue again it happened and again a month later. So her we are again in November this time they charged over 2k to repair. 4 times in 7 months and we haven’t even put 500 miles on the truck.
