Worst experience with a service department ever. They were given 3 attempts to fix the alignment on a "new" truck and still can't get it. On my 2nd attempt I had made an appointment but when I arrived in the morning they had no record of my appointment so I ended up leaving it overnight. Last attempt I told them to actually test drive it to confirm it's fixed before I come back a third time. Their service manager supposedly drove it and they told me it's good to go.
