I recently gave a bad review on the service department. They contacted me directly and asked to rectify the problem. I made an appointment almost immediately. They listened my explanation of the issue. They repaired it immediately. I appreciate their attention and professionalism. I will use them in the future and recommend them. Thank you Joe Service.

Sales man told me to bring vehicle in without appointment and they will take care of me in service department but once I did the service check guy asked me if I was going to wait or drop off. I told him I was going to wait until it was finish. Right before the service department closed I find out they didn’t even start and forgot to mention to me they wouldn’t be able to get to it today so I waited for almost 3 hours for nothing.
