This auto insurance agent/ broker didn't send me a list of insurance companies he brokers simply because I didn't want anyone to call. Which means list would be sent by email or text. Guess even the simplest request is to much for this agency. That tell us a lot about it's performance, customer satisfaction, & it's demanding ego which supersedes customer needs.
