Worst experience ever had with an agency. Droppped coverage and no timely response from Joe. Been in corporate world for over 35 years and plenty of experience in insurance. Joe promises a bunch and NEVER delivers. Not only did they drop the ball on not having theft coverage they insured a structure that didn't exist on my parents home. Still waiting on updates on a refund. Countless apologies from the Chef Joe but nothing changes. If you want excuses Joe is your guy ! Love this group - always so helpful and supportive. Repeated questions, explanations are always dealt with patiently - and clearly. Really helpful when you are unfamiliar with insurance, claims and all that entails. Elisha in the Kerrville office is particularly special!

We recently sold a property just before the renewal came do on the policy. Markayla responded quickly and handled the change within minutes. Communication has always be great with her.

I love my hometown insurance company with Joe Cook and Associates . It is priceless- when you can call your insurance company while sitting in the line at the Courthouse to get renewal of car registration, and they email you over a copy of your ID cards. Thank you Makayla!!
