We asked him to install a new bidet but he broke our toilet seat and did not return to fix it. Said he would return to fix it, but that was a month ago.
Came the same day to make sure my faucet was installed before our guests arrived for the weekend. Joe is friendly, honest, and efficient. Would highly recommend his services any day!
I have (unfortunately) have had to use a professional plumber three times in the last year. Joe is great. Very resonable, highly competant and with a wry sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
Had a 1 pm appointment. He never showed up and never called. I finally called him in early evening and he said he ran into problems, but he could have let me know he wasn't coming so I didn't have to waste my day waiting.
