After an incident with some residents who had gone rouge, I encountered Dr. Furr. These individuals, in my opinion, were unprepared to work at Hamilton Medical Center. It was the hostile environment created by the resident, Dr. Gosal, that initially caused some communication difficulties between Dr. Furr and myself.
