After going through the necessary channels to get a referral with Tricare, I called to make an appointment the follow monday. Was told 2-3 days for a call back. Didn't receive a call back from Shelly until a week and a half after my initial call. She only spoke with me once before making me wait another 4 days before informing me that "I am now too far along to be accomodated" being between 20 and 21 weeks pregnant, I am now rushing to find an OB to find out if my baby is okay or if i can even find an OB in time. Working with Dr. Clifton and his staff for my hysterectomy has been an absolute smooth and seamless process. Each time I’ve seen him I felt like I had his undivided attention and he never made me feel rushed. All of my questions were answered, and if I ever needed anything else I could reach out to his nurses and always received a response by the end of the day, if not sooner. I love it here ,the minute I drive up to the parking lot I can actually feel the serenity of the entire property. I love that each patient room is a suite. Dr. Clifton is the Best when it comes to his care and concern of your needs. Mammogram is never pleasant but the Lady that does them her spirit was unbelievable.
