Joe Brown is very disorganized and doesn't pay, many many liens filed from there jobs.
Great contractor. Joe really takes pride in his work.
Good luck getting a response from this company. It's like they don't even exist. I visit their website for phone number and when I call, it doesn't even have voicemail set up. I've done work for this company and have failed to pay me entirely. I would just like for someone to update me, but i don't get response to calls (the one time someone did answer 2 months ago) and now no one responds to my emails.
