They offered me a better deal than the company I was with for over a decade (AFI), so I made the switch! That is worth the 5 star review. Now I just have to get my info registered in the app. I hope they can fix the app for me soon so I am able to show proof of insurance and review my policy.
Hunter was amazing informative sweet nice and caring.
Parked our 2014 Edge in our driveway Thursday 6/13 without problems and headed up north for R&R. On Tuesday 6/18 car wouldn't start. Lifting hood saw multiple wires chewed on by a critter. Talking with Joe and his staff found out our comprehensive would cover some cost of repairs and they proceeded to assist us with claims filing, lining up an appraiser and assistance with all our needs during this time. We are grateful for their effort. Can add more after final repair of vehicle is done.
Joe and his staff are wonderful to work with. The staff are always there to help when needed. They definitely give you a piece of mind!
