I have been using Joe Blount for over 8 years, and he has always done good work. In March of 2012 I hired Joe to re-sod my lawn in my new house, as he had done in our previous house. I had never had an issue with Joe in the past, so I gave him the money up front, which was $2400. According to the receipt he gave me, this was to cover both materials and labor.
