Very knowledgeable kind great staff
My son saw Dr. J. Bhagratie for a school-related injury, and we had an excellent experience. He was professional, approachable, and had great bedside manners. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His team was fantastic as well—scheduling follow-ups and providing doctor’s notes was seamless. I met with Dr. Bhagratie and he brought his whole team with him. They asked a lot of questions, listened, and then provided the diagnosis and recovery plan for my herniated discs. Dr. B and team were very knowledgeable. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical facility. In the past at other clinics, I felt rushed and it seemed like the teams were just trying to push me though as quickly as possible, write a prescription, and send me on my way—all the while my issue and pain continued.
