Scheduled appointment on the only day I can take off. Waited for them to arrive. Called and told me that unfortunately they ran into a problem and need to reschedule. As my time is valuable and gave up time at work to wait for this company and move furniture to prepare for the cleaning I will not be reusing them.

The Bertin Crew did a great job on my dirty carpets....the sofa was a mess and they gave it the extra time and effort to get it clean..would and will use these guys again. professional, on time and price was as agreed.
