I'm giving this clinic 2 stars because the initial visit and fitting were okay. Service afterward, however, pales compared to what I was used to getting from my first audiologist years ago with my first pair of ReSound. Now that it comes to follow-up, aftercare, and billing, it is a nightmare. They couldn't get the dome size right after two tries, so I just paid for some on eBay.
