We had a car break down and wasn’t sure who to take it too. We found a great place right here in vanburen. Jody’s shop is the best. They had my car back on the road in just a short time and did a great job. We will hope not to have to go back but if we do we know they will take good care of anything that has to be done. thanks again to all the people at Jody’s Van Buren
I made an appointment with them to get my oil changed and dropped my car off after a 3000 mile road trip. I get a call saying that during their inspection they found a nail in my tire and it was unable to be patched because it’s in the sidewall. I told them that’s fine I’ll take care of it later. After I had payed for my car I got in and got a warning for a low tire so I filled it up at the gas station next to Jody’s. I went to get my alternator replaced, and they repaired whatever they wanted. They charged me a bill of $5,400.00, and the next day my car broke down because they hadn't even replaced my alternator. Good for them, they made a killing! This is my first $5,400 review, and I'm going to post pictures of their business so that other people in the neighborhood don't fall into their trap…………. We live north of Van Buren. Jody’s Wrecker picked up our vehicle late Monday afternoon. The repairs were complete and we picked up our vehicle Tuesday afternoon. Left on vacation Wednesday with no problems on our trip. Thanks for the great service!
We were traveling from Oklahoma into Arkansas. When the engine warning light came on in our car and the tread warning light. we stopped at the Arkansas travel center and Google mechanics in the area. Jodie's automotive hit the first spot and I called them to see if they could get our car in to check it out. they said come on down. After arriving there, just 5 minutes away from the welcome center, they immediately took control and care of us.
