Dr. Harrison and his staff are amongst the best dental professionals I have experienced in my many years on this earth (and I have been to a lot of dentists and specialists in numerous locations in several states over the years). Dr. Harrison performed an extraction and bone graft and put in an implant to replace a tooth with infected and dead roots in 2024 and the results have been great - the implant (along with the crown fashioned by my primary dentist) feels like a healthy tooth! I waited in the patient chair over 40 minutes after my appointment time when a surgery was going on without being informed. I had a suture fall out less than 24 hours of being put in and a repair break less than 30 days from service date. Dr. Harrison speaks to you and treats you like you're an idiot and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was seen by Dr. Harrison on a referral from my dentist next door. Being a 1st visit to a Periodontist - I was afraid of the results thinking the diagnosis may lead to a lot of costly office visits... The Receptionist was very nice. Sam, the Dr's assistant was just as friendly and comforting as could be. She took away nerves by just having conversation. This seems to come naturally to her which is appreciated. I went just for an evaluation today and I already know Dr. Harrison is going to be gentle and sympathetic to my fears. He spent a lot of time discussing what I needed done. He wasn’t in any hurry to get me out of there. I really appreciated his warmth and understanding of my dental anxiety.
Dr. Harrison is wonderful! I've been seeing him for a few years and today I had a tooth removed. I was so nervous but I didn't need to be. I felt no pain and it was done very quickly. I had a previous extraction, years ago and elsewhere, that was the opposite of today's procedure, so I am writing this to sing praises for Dr. Harrison!! (and his wonderful staff!) Thank you!
