I haven’t personally had a home built by Jody but I have had quite a few friends use him to build their dream homes and I myself am a window contractor and have walked more then a few of his homes during the build process and after and can say as a contractor he does phenomenal work and would not hesitate to have a home built by him or his crew.
I am the original owner of the house listed above and couldn’t disagree with his review more. In the almost 9 years we lived in the home the only repairs we had to have done were the ones due to a large hail storm at the time of listing the house. This is the second home Jody Roberts construction built for us and we could not have been more pleased! Jody will definitely be my first call if we ever need any work done in the future!!
I purchased a Jody Roberts home built in 2015 second hand, and just before closing he performed several repairs from a hail storm, all 3 windows that where replaced didn't fit correctly, I had to use a full can of spray foam on 2 of them and severaltubes of caulkingaround all 3 windowsinside and out.
