I dont not recommend this office! They are constantly canceling appointments. There were several times I was on my way to an appointment and I would get canceled. They rescheduled my last appointment to the Mokena office which I told them that location is inconvenient for me due to coming from the city I prefer the orland location. I called 2 times to notify I was driving an hour away for this appointment that it was showing I was going to be 15 minutes late due to construction traffic.
