Very accommodating
This is an excellent facility and the owner goes above and beyond to earn your business. Our unit was super clean and secure. I highly recommend them.
Doug and Bonnie are great to deal with. They go the extra mile to make sure your happy. The price is the best in the area and the units are clean and dry. If you need storage this is the place to go.
I had a profoundly negative experience with the Oro Medonte location on Line 3. The owner was incredibly unprofessional and hostile. When I asked for clarification on the monthly rates, he became hostile and told me to leave. When I questioned his hostility, he claimed that he does not like being questioned and dismissively said it's his property and he can act however he wants. Horrible experience, don’t store here, promised gate with code and security system for increase of rent. It’s been two years and he still parks his truck in front as a gate, also failed to tell me there where many break ins here and I’m not the first that he has lied too !!
