I’d been seeing her for 4 years and had loved Dr. Donovan, that was until they canceled my follow up appointment, for being 5 minutes late in the midst of me dealing with a pretty bad concussion that had left me unable to leave the house for over a month. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor, but since coming to see Dr Donovan at St Luke’s internal medicine for my care years ago, I actually look forward to it. Caring, kind and knowledgeable in such a way that I feel comfortable and trusting of her abilities. Her MA was likewise very bubbly and genuine…she is a welcomed asset to the office visit. The people at the front are personable and helpful, and at my age that is very much appreciated .
