Dr. Sutton had been my OBGYN for 30 years until I moved away. She oversaw three of my pregnancies with the Grover Sutton and Nardone OBGYN group, delivered one of my daughters and then was her gyno years later. She even saved my teenage daughter’s ovary from a grapefruit sized cyst. Always warm, confident, reassuring, and a great surgeon. She has saved more than one life. I miss her. I saw Dr. Sutton for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I asked for a couple of extra tests due to concerns I had. She listened, gave me the extra tests without questions, and helped put my mind at ease. Thank you Dr. Sutton! A doctor who listens to their patient.
I had been a patient for many years. She delivered my son. Over time I found her rushed manner and lack of bedside manner rude but her sweet nurse made up for it. Unfortunately I had the same bad experience I have read about from other patients of hers. After her normal wise cracks on one of my regular check up visits she did a routine biopsy and the pain was excruciating! I truly got the feeling it was on purpose. Need less to say I’ve switched doctors but beware. Time to retire Dr. Sutton!
Just went for my annual check-up. The anything but friendly robotic receptionist informed me that my portion of the fee after insurance would be $200. Since I pay 20%, I asked if the fee was $1,000. The robot told me that the fee was $200. I replied that I pay 20%, so therefore my fee would be $40. She told me that my fee would be $200. Never clarified if the Dr. Sutton/Caremount was no longer accepting my insurance or if the fee was $1,000. I walked out. I walked out.
Abnormal pap, Dr insisted I needed incredibly painful cervical biopsy. Fainted on table, she left me w/nurse since she was running late. Despite normal biopsy results, referred me to oncologist who told me "at this point there is no chance that this is nothing." I was 23. They were completely full of it and caused me great pain and damage. I now have new doctors who helped me recover from this very traumatic experience. Would never go back to this doctor.
Very knowledgeable Very professional and knowledgeable. She allows plenty of opportunity to ask questions and extremely punctual with appointments.
A punctual doctor! She is a caring and thorough doctor and always runs on time, however her appointments are short and you are in and out quite quickly!
