Negative experience from beginning to end. People skills lacking. Did not listen to me regarding my treatment (turned out I was right) and much pain could've been avoided. No empathy. No warning of impending "discomfort" and no lidocaine or other pain numbing relief. I would label the office procedures that were administered as barbaric.
