Dr. Fox was inattentive, incompetent, and negligent. She spent a total of five minutes in the office with me and told me that she knew that I didn’t have Cushing’s disease just by looking at me. She followed up with no bloodwork or tests, and I was told the next time I could see her was in six months. My last appointment over the phone I was never told she was moving to Depford nj. One hour away from where I live. From the start going to her, I've had nothing but problems. Have an appointment in office and had to wait 45 minutes, So with that I walked out and went home. Very hard to find a good doctor in Salem county. No one, literally no one, ever answers the phone or returns calls for this office. The service is horrendous. The doctor herself is nice and decent but the support staff has got to go. May as well just show up at their door to do anything with appointment scheduling.
Would not recommend to anyone ever! I’ve had to battle with them to renew my medication every time I need more. The last time I was in their office I waited 45 minutes to even see Dr. Fox and the only way to get an answer from anyone is to bother the front office staff because if you leave a message for the clinical staff you’ll never here from them. I would do zero stars but google won’t let me.
