No one, literally no one, ever answers the phone or returns calls for this office. The service is horrendous. The doctor herself is nice and decent but the support staff has got to go. May as well just show up at their door to do anything with appointment scheduling.
Would not recommend to anyone ever! I’ve had to battle with them to renew my medication every time I need more. The last time I was in their office I waited 45 minutes to even see Dr. Fox and the only way to get an answer from anyone is to bother the front office staff because if you leave a message for the clinical staff you’ll never here from them. I would do zero stars but google won’t let me.
I only gave a one star review because the are no negative stars. Do not waste your time here. I have no problem with the staff exactly:but, the office staff doesn’t seem to have a clue. Also, forms that could be faxed to the office won’t be considered unless a patient personally delivers the form to the office. Never mind what inconvenience this causes the patient, distance, access to transport, etc. you get to take it into the office. They then tend to lose the form. I first started to see Dr Jodi Fox Mellul last September she was great especially being a new type 1 diabetic and only a few weeks pregnant she made sure i understood everything and was taken care of but the front desk was terrible it was always a hassle to get a hold of anyone especially with my medicines changing to see what better fit me, there were times where I didn’t have medicine and I had to go into the office just to have them contact my pharmacy or to get an appointment, but I stayed because I love Dr Fox but then ... read more
