Love Jodi. She's a fantastic Dr.
Dr Berendzen has the most patient bedside manner than about any doctor I have ever had. She's easy to talk to and listens, answers all my questions and it doesn't feel like I'm being rushed. And when Ive had fears, shes been extremely supportive and loving, calming me. She's just the absolute best!
Dr. B. Is an ardent listener. She will hear you when you discuss your health issue. She is gentle in technique and extremely knowledgeable. She is also a great surgical technician, extremely competent! Thank you, Dr. B. For taking the time with me today!
This is the second time I've come in for an appointment and am told I have to reschedule. I switch my day around and drive 45 minutes one way to be seen and can't be. I was upset the first time, but let it go because I do like Dr Berendzen, but this is the second time this has happened out of like 4 appointments. First time I checked in, waited almost an hour and then was told I'd have to reschedule.
