Items were very sweet. The lemon frosted shortbread cookie was delicious. Pecan cookie had a surprising texture, but tasty. Loaf with poppyseed topping was interesting.
My wife and I stopped here several times on our trips to Salem. Thanks for all the great times! Sad to hear Jodi Bee Bakes is closing. If you haven’t been — try and stop by before they close!
Incredible vegan bakery right in the heart of Salem. Their chef whips up new creations all the time...it is literally all good!! So sad to hear this place is closing soon because of the owner. Why can't people embrace healthier eating habits that are better for the world as a whole?!
