i has a appointment today best gyn ever, professional, compassionate, understanding, caring , willing to give the best service she can, I really like Dr. Ball, it's like talking to a family member, staff is great. will see her again next year for follow up visit,.the young ladies at front desk, are very nice. Dr. Ball delivered both of my children, one was an emergency c section and the second was a scheduled c-section. She was incredible and was such an advocate for what I needed. I felt heard.
The exams from my past experiences with gyn doctors were different. I was starting to feel uncomfortable during the exam but I didn't say anything because it caught me off guard.
She has an unprofessional bedside manner and does not listen to her patients. At my 38 week check up, she told me I may have to be admitted to the hospital and have an emergency induction. When I told her I would not mind a c-section if the induction did not work, she became very cold and dismissive. I was confused because I never refused her referral and I agreed with the induction. I just wanted her know that I was a patient who would not be opposed to surgery if the induction was not progressing or if it was unsuccessful.... read more
