This is the second time I've come in for an appointment and am told I have to reschedule. I switch my day around and drive 45 minutes one way to be seen and can't be. I was upset the first time, but let it go because I do like Dr Berendzen, but this is the second time this has happened out of like 4 appointments. First time I checked in, waited almost an hour and then was told I'd have to reschedule. Lovely woman to work with. Kind, and warm. Attentive listened to my concerns, answered my questions. Most important respected my wishes when I chose to decline things.

I saw this doctor for reproductive issues I was having. She was dismissive and blamed my symptoms on me being overweight. Which was being contributed by a pancreas and liver issue at the time. I've been in severe pain each month and it was found in a CT scan and in an ultrasound that I have a large cyst on my ovary. I was referred to her again and my doctor set the appointment up a few days ago.
