Overcharged by $50 and when I telephoned to retrieve these funds was told that it was charged for "insurance". No...the website stated "free shipping", Jay took full price listed (even though a "make offer" statement was on the page), and no other discussion regarding anything over the $2350 was performed. Chips to facets and girdle not disclosed when speaking with Jay and cannot be seen in photographs.
