I need to take a moment and say thank you to the person or team that hired Jeanna Young. We have lived here for two years going on three and it’s nothing like having an attentive and involved Property Manager like Jeanna. Jeanna drives around the property checking to make sure all is well. She quickly responds to any concerns and she invites the neighborhood for engaging activities. Jeanna is determined to maintain our neighborhood to be a professional, family oriented, peaceful community and we greatly appreciate her.
Jeanna Young is the total package! We are so lucky to have her, communication is on point and she is as sweet as can be! Thanks to Resihome, those of us not in a position to buy right now, have the opportunity rent a beautiful home or townhome in a spectacular community!!!
The homes are nice… and that’s why I’ll give 3 stars but after a while you start to see why it didn’t take them long to build them, and my other issue is the nonsense they pull when it’s time to get your deposit back. I lived in my home 2 years and had to have the floor repaired 6 times. My stair case fell in, and the carpet had to be restapled a few times. I had the home cleaned after I left and took pictures but they still charged me over $6000 worth of damages and fees and kept my whole deposit which was over $4,000. I gu... read more
I love living at Jodeco landing!! Jeanna Young the property manager is such an amazing property manager! Her quick response and actions she takes for the community is amazing :)
Jodeco Landing is a wonderful community to live in. The grounds are properly landscaped, the neighbors are respectful of each other, and the community is close to dining and shopping areas. I like the club house and the pool. Always clean and available to residents. The property manager has done an excellent job keeping the residents abreast of any changes or updates. I truly recommend living at Jodeco Landing.
