I have mixed feelings about living at Jodeco Landing. My apartment itself has been fine, but the safety and security have become a serious concern. Recently, someone smashed the driver’s side window of my car while it was parked in the complex. To make matters worse, a red Tesla just a few doors down had the exact same thing happen. The community itself is really nice, and when I first toured the property, I fell in love with the unit! However, after moving in, I quickly realized there were several issues that should have been addressed before a new tenant took possession. My fiancé and I had to deep clean the home ourselves, including having the floors professionally cleaned because they were extremely dirty. A special thank you to Lindsey O., the property manager, who provided outstanding assistance and went above and beyond to make our family’s move-in process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely wonderful.
