Payment made to retain services in April. They lost all of my original paperwork and I had to redeliver everything. 6 months have gone by since the initial meeting with Melanie Newby esq., and all of my requests to meet have been ignored. No response to email sent for weeks at a time. Not a single phone call received except to tell me they lost my original paperwork. Even worse, not a single document had been filed in over half a year. Stay as far away from the place as possible!
