A great guy! He came to our aid in a pinch when our RV air wasn’t working. He was fast at communicating with us, clear on when to expect him, and happy to show my husband how to access and check things. He fit us in at the end of a long day and we were grateful. Thank you, Andy!
Outstanding work! Our 2019 Tiffin Phaeton slides stopped working due to a bad cylinder. Andy showed up quickly, took off the cylinder, and returned a new cylinder. My wife and I highly recommend Andy. We will be returning to southern Illinois as relatives live nearby, so we will definitely contact Andy again if we need emergency service.
Andy recently installed a new Kohler 12K standby generator and transfer switch for us, replacing our older 10K Briggs & Stratton that had been installed for the previous owner and had become unreliable. Andy is professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and is able to work efficiently as he’s very well equipped! He even offered to do some extra items for us that he hadn’t expected!! We’d enthusiastically recommend Andy (JoCoPro, LLC) Johnson without hesitation!! Thanks again Andy!!
Andy and Jeremy installed a whole house generator for us November the 5th. Everything was very professional, install looks great they cleaned up everything and tested the unit to make sure it was ready for service. I will give them a 5 star rating and highly recommend them. If you need a generator they should be your first choice.
