10 STARS if I could. 5 weeks before Xmas, I had a sewer back-up into my fully finished basement with w/w carpet saturated. Once I talked with the insurance company, Wawanessa said to find someone who could do remedial work ASAP, the coverage would be worked out later. I called Jock's around 4:00, near quitting time, but Matt said he would get what crew he could and come right away.
