If you ever get scheduled with Jocelyn Slaughter, make sure to cancel your appointment. She is very unprofessional and also a Liar. I had a tele appointment with her to discuss the result of an Ultrasound I had done, she came on and asked questions from my previous appointment which I had with a very Professional NP the previous month. Having not been to the doctor in a very long time, I was anxious about my visits. However, Drs. Slaughter and Clemens were wonderful. I am very happy that I selected this practice to finally continue my health journey. I would highly recommend them.
I am sure the doctor is great, but the front office staff was so rude that I decided not to go through with the appointment. Your front line can sink you. The front office staff seriously needs professional development as it relates to customer service.
I literally just called to get help I suffer from pcos I tested and I’m pregnant I reached out for help. The initial contact (front office ) was rude ! I’m speaking she’s like “I’m confused” I’m like about what I’m pregnant and I’m looking for an obgyn that I can trust she cut me off and was rude “ next appointment next month feb” lol … I’m like girl just bye NEVER WILL I COME HERE THE FRONT DESK WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO DELIVER YOUR OWN BABY!
Worst place to go. Billing and front office staff very unprofessional. First time going to office, gave both of my insurance cards to them because my insurance cards states that they should send my labs to a certain lab. They decided to not listen to me, and send my labs to there own lab, so now I have to pay out of pocket.
