Worst outcome possible - not in our best interest. Our experience with Jocelyn Daniell was extremely disappointing. In our opinion, she failed to adequately protect her client’s interests during a highly contentious divorce. Among the issues that concerned us were settlement terms that, believe it or not, limited a parent to only two 10-minute phone calls per week with his child.
